This starts the moment the form is submitted. Seven attempts over 14 days, across phone, SMS or WhatsApp, and email. Every message names the programme they asked about and the next intake.

The timings below are defaults. Change them to fit how the business runs, but keep the first call inside five minutes.

The sequence

1	Within 5 minutes	Phone call	Introduce yourself, name the programme, ask which intake they are looking at. If nobody answers, leave a short voicemail.
2	Straight after a missed call	SMS or WhatsApp	Say you just called and ask when suits them for a 10-minute call today.
3	Same day	Email	Next three intake dates, fee, duration, and a booking link.
4	Day 2	Phone call	Call at a different time of day from the first call.
5	Day 4	SMS or WhatsApp	One useful detail they have not had yet (entry requirements or payment plan), plus the booking link.
6	Day 7	Phone call and email	Last call. If the intake has a real closing date, say so.
7	Day 14	Email	Ask whether to keep them on the list for the next intake. Then stop.
